I was approached by one of the camp directors to resolve speculations and questions surrounding the formation of a sandstone cave on the property called Mummy's Cave (so-called because a detached block of sandstone in the back of the cave looks like a mummy). In addition to examining and photographing the cave itself, I also considered the broader geology of the area.
